Course Enrollment and Access
Once a course is purchased and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive instant access to the course content. Access will be granted through the Unncap Edusense Pvt Ltd online platform, and you can begin your learning journey immediately.
- Before Course Access: If you have purchased a course but have not yet accessed by our LMS, you can cancel your enrollment and request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- After Course Access: If you have accessed the course content, cancellation is not applicable for a refund, as you have started to utilize the services provided. However, exceptions may apply under specific circumstances (as detailed below).
Refund Requests
Refund requests are processed based on the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed any part of the course material, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you have accessed the course material but are unsatisfied with the content, a partial refund may be considered based on the level of content accessed and any applicable terms or conditions outlined by Unncap Edusense Pvt Ltd.
- No Refund: Refunds will not be issued once the LMS has been fully accessed or if you have joined any other class or after the 7-day period following the course purchase.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Provide Details: Include your full name, course title, purchase receipt, and the reason for the refund/cancellation request.
- Response Time: We will acknowledge your request within 48 business hours and initiate the refund process, if applicable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergency, medical reasons, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may review refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@unncap.com with the necessary documentation to support your request.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course material, please contact our support team immediately at support@unncap.com We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Subscription Plans and Recurring Payments
If you have subscribed to a recurring payment plan, you can cancel future payments at any time before the next billing cycle. However, please note that refunds for past payments will not be applicable.
No Show or Failure to Attend Live Sessions
Refunds will not be provided for failure to attend scheduled live sessions or webinars associated with the course. However, recordings of live sessions, if available, will be provided for review.
Changes to the Policy
Unncap Edusense Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you via email and updated on the website. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
